Returns & Exchanges

  • Perfumes once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or an unboxing video.

Eligibility for Return

A return or exchange will be considered only if:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The seal is intact
  • The issue is verified by our support team

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance or special offers (unless damaged)
  • Free gifts or promotional items

Exchange Process

  • Once approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
