Returns & Exchanges
Perfumes once opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or an unboxing video.
Eligibility for Return
